Some of the gardens of interest include: a hosta garden, a butterfly garden, an ornamental grass garden, an iris garden and a memorial garden.

Ross Park is always looking for volunteers to Adopt-A-Garden or help maintain the Park's gardens. If you have a talent for creating a garden, you can design and plant your own garden in the Park. Or if you would rather just get your hands in the dirt, you can help maintain one of the existing gardens at the Park. If you are interested in the gardening program at the Zoo call (607) 724-5461.
